She was predeceased by: her parents, Delia Chapman and Burley Chapman; and her brother Billy Ray Carr. She is survived by: her daughters, Tami Aron and Renee Dannelley (John Brewer); her grandchildren, Anthony Duplantis (Chelsea), Ashley Ellis (Jason), Haley Duff (Tyler) and Garrett Dannelley; her great grandchildren, Kendall, Aria, Olivia Ellis, Josie, Harrison Duplantis and Gage Duff; and her siblings, Nell Purifoy (Bob), Melville Brown (Mickey), Pam Messer (Vern) and Warren Chapman (Lou). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was a big supporter and participant in The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and The Ride for Kids.
