She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Joyce Coburn and Jesse Edgar Peet, Sr.; her former husband John Roelse; her son Johnny Roelse; her siblings, Billie Freeman, Gena Lemmon and Teddy Peet; and her son-in-law Jack Moses.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Twitty; her daughters, Alice Rose McCoy (Perry) of Livingston, Johnelle Moses of Brenham and Bonnie Williams (Bobby) of Livingston; and her grandchildren, Brent McCoy (Melissa) of Livingston, Brian McCoy (Lori) of Old River, Alyssa Kosyaem (Mahmoud) of Livingston, Victoria McCoy of Highlands, Brandon McCain (Maile) of San Antonio, Payton McCain (Emily) of College Station, Beth Moses (Darryl) of Conroe, Amy Salinas (Jesse) of Edinburg, Scooter Williams of Highlands and Kelly Jackson (Johnny) of Mont Belvieu. She is also survived by her seventeen great-grandchildren; her four great-great-grandchildren; her numerous nieces and nephews.
