She was predeceased by: her parents, Nina M. Jacobson Ethredge and Walker Ethredge; her husband Bobby W. Bland; and her brother Wallace Ethredge. She is survived by: her children, Roni Bland Cobb and Brett Bland; her grandchildren, Kira Cobb, Chase Cobb, Wade Bland (Keely) and Jacob Bland; and her great grandchildren, Makayla and Mason.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in Joyce's memory.
