It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose Cantu (Pasadena, Texas), born in Laredo, Texas, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnulfo Cantu and Rebecca Cantu; and his siblings, Armando, Oscar, Arnulfo, Luis, Alfredo, Rebecca Pena and Gloria.
He is survived by: his wife Herminia Chavez Cantu; his children, Arnulfo "Ernie" Cantu, Jose Cantu Jr. (Belinda), David Oscar Cantu, Magdalena "Maggie" Cantu McCraw (Emil), Daniel Cantu (late Sylvia), Armando Cantu (Sheila), Alberto Mario Cantu, Jaime Cantu (April), Carlos Rene "Charlie" Cantu (Perla), Laya Christina and Garcia (Mario); and his sister Evangelina Sanchez. He is also survived by thirty-five beautiful grandchildren and twenty-seven precious great-grandchildren.
