He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy Machacek; and his parents, Raymond Machacek and Mary Machacek. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lee; his children, Brenda Gee, Ricky Machacek and Danny Machacek; and his grandchildren, Amy Gee, Brittany Machacek, Brennen Machacek, Cody Robinson, Breanne Machacek, Branden Machacek, Michaela Machacek and Dawson Machacek. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
