He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Barnett and Jean Barnett; and his siblings, Brenda Kay Powell and Earl Barnett. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Colleen Fugate of Hardshell, KY, April Minor of Cincinnati, OH, Arthur Barnett of Chicago, IL, Sarah Elizabeth Campbell of Pikeville, KY, Donna Gail McAdams of Madisonville, TX and Dwayne Barnett of Pasadena, TX.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, as well as numerous cousins.
