He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Turney and Pauline Turney (Hatman). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Brooks Turney; his children, Laura Lenivee Green (David) and Joe Price Turney II (Eve); his brothers, James Edward Turney (Claudette) and Sammy Turney (Lynell); his grandchildren, Austin Price Olsen (Cassandra), Shellbie June White (Colt), Taylor K. Isaac (James) and Joe Price Turney III; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Olsen, Athena Olsen, Travis White, Olivia White and Lily Isaac.
