He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond James Westphal and Gladys Olga Nielsen. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo; his daughters, Kimberly (Bradford Scott) and Kristi (Dave Teykl); his grandchildren, Audrey Josephine Scott, Eva Jameson Teykl, Breckenridge James Scott and Anna Patricia Scott; his sisters, Donna Fitzpatrick and Janet Ducharme; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Fitzpatrick, Lindsay Vogt, Erik Fitzpatrick and Ben Clevenger.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Asbury United Methodist Church (5354 Space Center Blvd, Pasadena, TX 77505).
