She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Garza; her parents, Alfredo Castillo and Paula Castillo; her brothers, Ernest Castillo and Jessie Castillo; and her daughter Ima Jo Vasquez.
She is survived by: her children, Rosendo Garza, Delfino Garza, Carmela Garza, Ester Larita, Joe E. Garza, Lena Ramirez and Ronnie Garza; and her siblings, Paula Guerrero, Patsy Servin, Rosa Zapata, Simona Rodriguez, Alex Castillo, Cruz Castillo and Alfred Jr. Castillo. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren.
