He is survived by: his wife Patricia Joyce Greenway; his children, Jana Lynda Phelps (Steve) and Howard Leslie Myers Jr. (Mary); his grandchildren, Christie Lynn Rager (Daniel), Leslie Rebecca Phelps (Becky), Luke Feldmeier, Jason Ashley Myers, John Lester Phelps (Kimberly) and Bethany Marie Phelps Lepretre (Kegan); his great grandchildren, Korbin Daniel Rager, Easton Grace Elliott, Klayton James Rager, William Austin Phelps, Harper Jane Carlisle, Leighton Rose Carlisle, Jace Joseph Feldmeier, Olivia Rey Lepretre and Sawyer Kaye Phelps; and his sister Grace Lucille Roland (Myers).
