He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jennie, Claude Jordan, Hilbert and Blanche Helstrom. He is survived by: his parents, Margaret Joyce (Jordan) and Lee Hilbert Helstrom; his close friend Rima; his stepchildren, Karen Gonzalez (Dagoberto), John Paul Gilcrease (Nicole) and Stephanie Gilcrease; and his sisters, Laurie Lee Hernandez and Lisa Holtin (Mark). He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, many great nieces and nephews and one great-great nephew.
