He was predeceased by: his parents, Levy Clifford Clark, Sr. and Opal Elizabeth Stockman Clark; his brother Levy Clifford Clark, Jr.; his sister-in-law Ruth Perkins Thomas; and his children, Gary Wayne Clark, Deborah Anita Pierce and Rebecca Kay Gorsuch.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Lee; his daughter Roni Clark Archer; and his son-in-law Tommy Archer. He is also survived by two sisters, a sister-in-law, 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
