He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phillip Alexander Smith and Virgie Mosel Bearden Smith; his siblings, Joyce Adalene Smith Scanlin (Joe Pete), Kenneth Rue Smith (Helen), Laquita Nell Smith Gradig (Leo) and Philip Larry Smith (Terry Marie Storey); his wife Linda Nell; his children, Gary Gene (Elaine), Terry Glenn (Sara) and Kimberly Lynn Alexander (Dudley); his grandchildren, Christopher Smith, Ashley Robinett (Zach), Kenneth Smith, Philip Smith (Shelby), Ellen Smith (Patrick), Jennifer Smith, Kendal Alexander and Harrison Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Trinity Smith, Dahlyla Smith, Theodore Robinett and Cooper Smith.
