He is survived by: his wife Margarita Duran; his children, Joe Duran, Susana Duran and April Duran (Mauricio); and his siblings, Jose Concepcion Duran, Rolando Duran, Irene Duran and Adelaida Duran.

“I first met Francisco 15 years ago, we worked together for years. I always had so much respect for him. The one thing him and I used to laugh about was his inventory. If he was over 1 piece he would come into my office and wanted to know where I applied that 1 piece. I even went to his daughter's 15th. He was a great person, always spoke about his family, always willing to help us out when we needed him. I am truly saddened to hear of his passing. He will be missed. So sorry for your loss.”
