It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Marie Williams in Pasadena, Texas, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Margaret Lucille (Byrnes) and Andrew Jackson Lochabay; her husband Mark Williams; her son Jesse "Andy" Williams; her daughter-in-law Holly; her granddaughter Andie Williams; her siblings, David Lochabay (Pat) and Sandra Bumgarner; her brother-in-law Tommy; and her friend Charlotte Cannon. She was also cherished by her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Central Baptist Church in honor of Frances would be greatly appreciated.
