She is survived by: her husband Conrad Puckett; her son Dwight Puckett; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Reid, Deanna Ballard, Madison Williston, Mason Williston, Avery Ballard, Bailey Reid, Jeremiah Ballard and Billy Reid. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
