He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Dolores and Rita Tapia; his siblings, Estefana, Alfredo, Juan and Angel; his wife Salustia; and his son Rafael.
He is survived by: his son Jose (Inga); his grandchildren, Amelia, Mateo, Emma and Mykaela; his son Javier (Sandra); his grandchildren, Shelby, Blaise and Victoria; his children, Juan (Souli), Katalina and Ismael (Lauren); and his siblings, Idelfonso, Presciliana, Susana, Eusebia and Berta. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
