He is survived by: his wife Helen Higgins Schewe of Pasadena, Texas; his daughters, Karen Schewe (Tim Leite) of Houston, Ivy Rives (Kelly Rives) of Houston and Susan Morello of Round Rock, Texas; his stepdaughters, Lisa Williams of Gastonia, NC and Debra Corbett (Bailey Corbett) of Charlotte; and his brothers, Hugo Schewe of St Joseph and Walt Schewe of Stevensville, Michigan..
