He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Garrett and Lorna Garrett. He is survived by: his children, Mark Travis Garrett (Marisol) and Melanie Kay Garrett Bruce; his grandsons, Travis, Morgan, Mason and Dean; his siblings, George Garrett (Cecelia), Linda King (Paul), Susan Lenhart and Jon Garrett (Debbie); his uncle George Chapman; and the mother of his children Susan Hoard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will take place Thursday December 3, 2020 from 12:00pm to 1:00 pm at Grand View Funeral Home, followed by a private family service at 1:00pm due to COVID restrictions.
