He was predeceased by: his mother Anita. He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his children, J. P. Carter (Lana) and Sarah Kellam (Adam); his stepson Ryan Holder (Elyse); his grandchildren, Reese, Blayke Carter, Adin, Gray, Cole Kellam and Emma Holder; his sisters, Lynn Gosser (Ted), Connie McPherson (Roger) and Bonnie Carter; and his friend Loyce Ann Taylor (Harve).
