He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl D. Laird, Sr. and Cherry Dean Laird. He is survived by: his wife Jane R. Laird; his sons, David E. Laird (Leslie F. Laird) of Pasadena and Todd D. Laird (Brenda H. Laird) of Houston; his brother Charles B. Laird (Mary Lou Laird) of Lampasas; his friend Geren R. Thomae of San Antonio; and his grandchildren, Colton Laird (Makenna), McCade Laird and Stephanie Cannard (Devin) of New Braunfels.
