She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Withers and Rosalee Withers (Nelson); and her husband Noble Mahaffey. She is survived by: her children, Pam Cooper (Joel), Deborah Holder (Billy) and Timothy Mahaffey (Shawnee); her grandchildren, Chad, Stephen and Tara; her great grandchildren, Nathan Holder, Noah Holder, Nick Holder and Matthew Mahaffey; her sister Doris Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Teddy Mahaffey and Dade Holder.
