She is survived by: her sons, Steve and David; her husband Thomas Hulsey; her daughter Beverly Cooper; her stepchildren, Thom Hulsey (Kelly), Todd Hulsey and Kim Shepard (Jimmy); her siblings, Carlene Ashworth, Linda Knapp, Becky Lumpkin and Michael Morgan; and her siblings-in-law, Walter Hulsey (Camille) and Darlene Zoog. She is also survived by stepdaughter Jan Rodriguez, 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
