She was predeceased by: her parents, Agustin Melchor and Juanita Melchor; and her brothers, Agustin Melchor Jr., Joe Melchor and Ray Melchor.
She is survived by: her husband David Reeves McLendon; her children, Chris McLendon (Birdy Sanchez), David "Randy" McLendon (Vanessa) and Suzy Hendricks; her grandchildren, Steven McLendon, Jessica McLendon (Adrian Rodriguez), Lauren Hendricks and Christian Hendricks; her great grandchildren, Desmond McLendon and Elliana McLendon; and her siblings, Rosemary Mascarenhas, Margie Melchor, Charles and Ernest Melchor. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
