He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael D'Orazio and Clara D'Orazio; his siblings, Rena Manthei and Michael D'Orazio Jr.; and his daughters, Cassandra and Samantha D'Orazio.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda D'Orazio, Stephanie Garcia and Donald A. D'Orazio (Melissa); his grandson Matthew D'Orazio; his nieces, Aimee Schultz and Gina D'Orazio; and his nephew Chris Manthei. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
