Delois Yancey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delois Yancey (Pasadena, Texas), who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Huett and Bertha Huett. She is survived by: her husband Milton Yancey; her children, Jimmy (Debbie Yancey) of LaPorte, Gary (Marci Yancey) of Huntsville and Tamara (Doyle Davis) of Huntsville; her grandsons, James (Jenni Yancey), Jonathan (Jamie Yancey), Justin (Codi Yancey), Tyler (Sharelle Yancey), Kyle Davis and Chase Davis; her great grandchildren, Averie, Chloe, Luke Yancey, Paizlee Gass and Josey Holliday; and her sister Virginia Buffington.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in Delois' honor be made to either Second Baptist Church of Pasadena, Bayshore Baptist Church of LaPorte, or Elkins Lake Baptist Church of Huntsville.
