Peebles; her children, Tamara Rivera, Robert Howard, Dan Peebles, Alfredo Manning and Brittany Lloyd; her grandchildren, Kyle Howard, Emily Howard, Daveon Franklin, Blake Peebles, Penelope Howard and Travis Peebles; her brother John L. Cook; her sister-in-law Shannon Cook; her nephews, Keegan Cook and Klayton Cook; and her cousin Paula Zalesky. She is also survived by husband of 40yrs and raised her three children.
