She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Ben Mewis and Verna Faye Hauck; and her former husband Charles Patton Smith. She is survived by: her husband Chuck Smith; her daughter Emily Alyse Montellano (Stephen); her grandchild Adaline Alyse; her daughter Amy Catherine Richard (Kevin); her grandsons, Charles Everette and James William; her sister Lisa Cannon (Dale); her nephew Ben; and her niece Ava. She is also survived by her husband, her girls, her family, her friends.
