He was predeceased by: his parents, Hudnal Breland and Lee Breland; his wife Daisy May Breland; his daughter Jane Ellen Breland; and his sister Henrietta Borchert.

He is survived by: his children, Deanna Breland and Dale Breland; and his granddaughter Bradleigh Breland.
