He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Walter Lee Ammons and Jerry Taylor. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Bush (Theresa) and Lori Bush (Brian); his uncles, Logan Ammons and John Bush; his sons, Camden, Fleetwood, Kaizer and Phoenix; his sisters, Nicole Koehler (Luke) and Taylor Jones (Caleb); his nephew Colin; his nieces, Megyn, Olivia and Charlotte; and his grandmothers, Jean Louder and Irma Taylor. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests memorial donations be given to The Step Up Foundation to expand awareness and support for blast wave injuries, traumatic brain injuries and post-traumatic stress.
