She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Mitchell McCoy; her parents, Vivian Wilson and Marvin Cummings; and her siblings, Jean Woods, Sharon Albert and Richard Cummings.
She is survived by: her son Kyle McCoy (Julie); and her grandchildren, Jordan McCoy (Jessica) and Lindsey Siemers (Jared). She is also survived by four beautiful great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Carolyn would have wanted donations to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
