She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Blair, Lea Blair and Tambra Gadd; her stepdaughter Yvette Hruzek-Schroen; her son Thomas Michael Blair II; her stepsons, Byron Hruzek and Douglas Hruzek; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Velez, Michelle Garcia, Melissa Davis, Tyler Gadd, Ashley Parrack, Tanner Gadd, Gabriel Martin, Olivia Martin and Monique Martin. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
