He was predeceased by: his parents, Brooks Bailey and Norvis Bailey; his former wife Willie Ruth Bailey; and his sister Margaret Jean Thomas. He is survived by: his former wife Willie Ruth Norris; and his wife Patricia Ford. He is also survived by 5 daughters, 2 step daughters, 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of cousins, nephews, relatives, and friends.
