He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnulfo Cantú, Sr. and Rebecca Cantú; and his grandchildren, Angelina Cantú and Herman. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia M. Cantú; and his children, Sylvia (Bill Irwin), Gloria Cantú Bustamante, Ruben (Carol Cantú) and Elsa (Shane Sechelski).
