She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicolas Garcia and Lorenza Garcia (Alcaras); her husband Joe Lara; and her siblings, Ascension Garcia, Pascual Garcia, Trinidad Garcia, Mike Garcia, Victor Garcia, Isidro Garcia, Marcelino Garcia, Gregoria Martinez, Nicolasa Arredondo, Cristina Razo and Sally Aguirre.
She is survived by: her children, Manuel Anthony Garcia (Hope), Albina Garza (Juan Garza), Gilbert Garcia (Yolanda), Janie Garcia and Nicolas Garcia. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great - great grandchildren.
