He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Simmons and Blanche Simmons; his daughter Rebecca Lynn; and his brother Walter Louis. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Kim Isenberg (Ryan), Carol Riell (Jamie) and Jennifer Douglas (Chadwick); his grandchildren, Amberly, Tate, Luke, Chloe, Avery, Celica and CJ; and his sisters, Betty Lou Staruska and Peggy Sue Wright. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
