She was predeceased by: her parents, Mauricia B Leal and Santana Leal; and her brothers, Santana Leal, Leopoldo Leal and Jose Leal.
She is survived by: her siblings, Amparo Leal Mcguire, Adelfa Leal Hernandez, Onofre Leal and Oscar Leal; and her children, Cynthia Ann Rios Amaya, Frank Rios Junior, Sandra Rios Cevallos, David Dale Rios and Elisa Fradel Rios Cucco. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 16 Great grandchildren.
