She was predeceased by: her husband John Darrell "Chick" Rook; her parents, Clay Daughtrey and Theo Daughtrey (Roberts); and her siblings, Orie J. Daughtrey, Edwin Daughtrey, Glenn Daughtrey, Jaybo Daughtrey, Elvis Daughtrey, Margarette King, Jeannie Lynch and Belle Shepard.
She is survived by: her children, Glenna Miller (Vernon), Gretta McDowra (Brad) and Greg Rook (Melinda); her grandchildren, Mike Peace (Shanna), Mark Peace, Garet Ingram, Kim Ford, Jennifer Taylor, Trevor Rook (Caitlin) and Grant Rook; her great grandchildren, Rachel Peace, Kallie Norred (Sheldon), Jonathan Peace, Cameron Ashton (Kristen), Tyler Ashton (Kassidy), Dakota Crawford (Bailee), Breanna Peralta, Waylon Rook and Tucker Rook; and her great great grandchildren, Ezra Norred, Lorenzo Peralta, Mateo Peralta, Copper Ashton, Kinslee Ashton, Jaxon Ashton, Hayden King, Harper King and Hadli King.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bright-Holland Funeral Home (2601 Lamar Ave, Paris, TX 75460). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Paris Church of God (1400 Bonham St, Paris, TX 75460).
