He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Carter; his siblings-in-law, Caroline Mills of Dumas, TX, Mary Carter of Scottsbluff, NE, Herman Jantzen of Bonham, TX and Chuck Testerman (Gail) of New Braunfels; his children, Tracy May (Randy), Daren Carter of Dix, NE and Chris Carter (Sandra) of Paris, TX; and his granddaughter Carrie Ingram (Matt) of Charleston, Texas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended friends and family.
