He was predeceased by: his mother Priscilla Scott Lewis. He is survived by: his father Dr. Donald Record Lewis; his wife Kristen Murphy Lewis; his children, Coleman Scott and Lillian Frances Lewis; and his siblings, Priscilla Lewis Darling (Bill), Donald Lewis Jr. (Mary Helen), Michael Lewis (Lisa) and Derek Lewis (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holy Cross Episcopal Church (400 S Church St, Paris, TX 75460). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
