He is survived by: his children, Trey Moore (Kristi) of Lebanon, KY, Jessica Raque (Greg) of Owensboro, KY, Jake Moore of Durant, OK and Caitlyn Moore (Kelly Russell) of Durant; his brother Monte Moore of Paris, TX; his stepchildren, Jerrell Haddox and Courtney Haddox of Calera, OK; and his grandchildren, J. D., Lexi, Tristan, Thomas, Henry, Harrison, Holden, Drake, Kadence, Brody, Burkleigh, Remi, Kensi, Brecklyn, Blakelyn, Kylan and Zayden. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
