She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil E. Tomblin and Hazel Stamper Tomblin; her siblings, Eugene Tomblin (Juanita), Paul Tomblin (Madge), Marion Tomblin (Imogene), Robert Tomblin (Joyce), Thomas Tomblin and Dorothy Blankenship (Herschel); and her sister-in-law Ann Tomblin.
She is survived by: her brother Wayne Tomblin of Paris; her sister-in-law Rita Tomblin of Powderly; her stepdaughter Karen Mitcham of Huffman; her stepgrandchildren, Johnny Grant of Huffman and Alisha Self (Jerad) of Conroe; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Colby Grant of Huffman and Lexi Self of Conroe; her nieces and nephews, Marilyn Marshall, Paula Kay Martin, Suzanne Smith, Amy Tomblin, Paula Ann Dudzienski, Kim Walker, Cathy Williams, Mark Wayne Tomblin and Jason Tomblin; and her close friends, Brinda Poteet and Neva Vickers.
She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and the Esther Sunday school class and was also a member of RSVP.
