We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Lawrence Elton Weeks (Paris, Texas), born in Hot Springs, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis E. Weeks and Alta I. Weeks (Tucker); and his siblings, Brenda Sue Stone (Weeks) and Marvin E. Weeks. He is survived by: his wife Dannie G. Weeks; his children, Dewayne Weeks and Connie Hargis; his son-in-law Bryan Hargis; his grandchildren, Kelsie Hargis, Megan Lee (Chris), Carsen Hargis and Travis Weeks (Tabetha); his great grandchildren, Parker Lee, Tobias Weeks, Titus Weeks and Evalyn Lee; and his brother-in-law David Stone. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Paris Public Library, as Elton was an avid reader and spent the last 50+ years checking out books to read from there.
