It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Earl Franklin of Paris, Texas, born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rolland and Helen Mae Cummings Franklin; and his wife June Hargrove. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Shawn Roman (David) and Josh Hargrove; his brother Rick Waldroupe (Cheryl); his niece Heather Fitzgerald (Michael); and his special golfing buddy Tate Lewis.
