With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce LaVerne Richardson of Paris, Texas, born in Winnsboro, Texas, who passed away on September 11, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Benny Ware Lovelady and Avanell Dodd Lovelady; her brother Benny Lovelady; and her significant other Eddie Thoms. She is survived by: her sons, Rickey Richardson (Michele) of Paris and Loni Richardson (Cindy) of Dennison; her granddaughters, Reagan Richardson, Macy Richardson, Ashleigh Johnson, Nikki Gose and Kaleigh Cunningham; and her sisters, Vicki Crawford Boggs of Sumner, Jerri Burnett of Frankston and Tammi Gillie of Blossom. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
