She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Stracener Sr. and Melba Stracener of Temple, TX; and her siblings, Reba Hedgecoth and Jesse Stracener Jr. of Temple, TX.. She is survived by: her husband James Wayne Hicks of San Antonio, TX; her son Joseph A. Mihatsch III (Courtney) of La Grange, TX; her stepchildren, Jordan Delaney (Kevin) of San Antonio, TX, Julie Canales (Carl) of Hopkinton, MA and James Jason Hicks of Crawford, TX; her sisters, Esse Stracener of Temple, TX and Erlene Swafford of Clarkrange, TN.; and her grandchildren, Kambri, Gage, Rogan, Riley, Finn, Beckett, Dylan, Jackson and Sydney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
