He was predeceased by: his parents, R. T. Perry and Eleanor Endsley Perry. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Boatright Perry; his daughter Karen Perry Davis; his grandchildren, Shelbi Lynn Anderson (Ryan Anderson) and Suzi Davis (Tim Swann); his siblings, R. T. Perry Jr. (Lia) and Joan Fraizer; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Boatright and Claudette Hitchcock. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Roxton Fire Department or the Roxton Restland Cemetery.
