He was predeceased by: his parents, Wynelle Prunty and Carter Prunty; his brothers, Bill and Jim; and his son Robert Prunty.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Prunty; his children, Jared (Christy Prunty), David Flanery, Jennifer Musharbash (Emad), Krystal Arrasmith (Roy) and Alma Shipman (Joy); his grandchildren, Brooke Prunty, Jordan Stockton, Hannah Thrapp, Colton, Carter Prunty, Ethan, Axelle Arrasmith, Brant, Zoey, Rani Flanery, Kais and Sami Musharbash; his great grandchildren, Jaycie Watson, Jaxon and Kason Stockton; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Ann and Joyce Prunty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bright-Holland Funeral Home (2601 Lamar Ave, Paris, TX 75460).
