He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herbert Ferguson and Bessie Casdorph Ferguson; his wife Jimmie Ruth; his children, Jimmy Ferguson (Edye) of Paris and Patricia Higgins (Bill) of Deport; his grandchildren, Shanna Beshirs (Aaron) of Powderly, Amanda Akard (Jeff) of Paris, Tamara Kelley (Robert) of Powderly, Jordan Ferguson, Justin Ferguson of Paris, Greg Higgins (Amanda) of Paris, Jeff Higgins (Kimberlee) of Blossom, Morghan Vaughn (Ben) of Magnolia, TX, Molly Pickens of Hershey and Madeline Frankland (Jeremiah) of Harrisburg; his sister Lollie Shifflett (Duke) of Woodward; and his siblings-in-law, Edwin Ward of Oklahoma City and Joyce McBride (Carlos) of Verden. He was also cherished by 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
