Gladys L. Miller Maxwell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys L. Miller Maxwell of Paris, Texas, born in Warren, Arkansas, who passed away on November 17, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eddison and Lena Groves Burks; her former husband Elton Miller; her husband Robert Maxwell; her son Phillip Dwight Miller; and her stepson Richard Lee Maxwell.

She is survived by: her daughter Jeanne Poole; her daughter-in-law Pam Miller Little; her stepson Robert Dale Maxwell; her grandchildren, Jennifer Dawn Miller (Nick), Billy Don Springer, Kara Tenery (Clayton) and Jessica McGonagill (Landry); her stepgrandchildren, Carlin Maxwell, David Maxwell, Sharlene Maxwell, Joel Maxwell and Dickey Maxwell; her great grandchildren, Jayme Orion (Meagan), Jada Rogers, JaeLynn Miller, Eli McGonagill, Kennedi Springer, Brody Springer and Emma McGonagill; and her great great grandchild Jordyn Barton. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bright-Holland Funeral Home Chapel (2601 Lamar Ave, Paris, TX 75460). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
